Steps

To return a student’s license to a pool complete these steps.

1. On the Classes tab, click on the Actions Menu and choose View Licenses.
2. Scroll down until you find the course you want to return the license to.
3. Next, click on View Activated Users.
4. Locate the student whose license you want to return to the pool.

Important note:

• Other teachers may be activating licenses, so make sure the activations being removed are for students enrolled in your class.
• Removing a license from a student does not remove them from a class. You will need to go unenroll them from your class.
• If the recycle icon is not there, the students' usage may be over the 2 hour limit or beyond 30 days from activation.
