What to do if you have forgotten your CertMaster username or password – TestOut

Go to labsimapp.testout.com, click Forgot your username or password, then follow these steps:
Enter the email address that is tied to your account and click Send Email. (If you set up a mobile number, you could also use that option)
Check for the email (also look in Spam or Junk folders). It will be sent from no-reply@testout.com, the subject line will be CertMaster Account Recovery, and it should arrive within a minute or two after selecting the Send Email option. It will contain your login name and give you a temporary password that can be used to access the account within the next 12 hours.
Enter that information on the login page and click Secure login.
You will then be prompted to create a new password. This password must be at least 8 characters and must not be one of the one million most common passwords.

Note: Some school email setups do not allow students to receive external emails. If this is the case, ask your instructor to generate a temporary password from their teacher accounts following these instructions. They will also be able to see and tell you your login names.
