Create a Class
Creating a class is an organizational step that will allow you to assign the teacher, associate the course, set the beginning and ending dates, and more. Also, once a class is created, you can view student progress and reports, and schedule exams.
Tip: If you use the CompTIA platform through an LMS Integration, your classes may be automatically setup through the LMS; manually creating a class is NOT necessary.
1. In Classes, Select the +Add button .
2. In the Create a Class dialog box: Enter the class name
3. Enter class Start Date.
4. Enter class End Date.
5. Click + Add Instructor under Instructor(s) to include an additional teacher (optional).
6. To add a course to the Class, Click + Add Course.
7. Here you can search for the course using the last 3 digits of the course ISBN or the title.
8. Once you have selected the title, Click Select
9. And finally, Click Create
