Your computer saves bits of information from every website you visit. This data can save you loading time or help a website identify you and your preferences on that website. Sometimes a website may make a change and this cache/cookie data becomes out of date and can cause a variety of problems. One of the best and simplest troubleshooting ideas when having problems with a webpage is to clear your cache and cookies. Please see the following instructions on how to clear cache and cookies for browsers compatible with our product.
Google Chrome:
1. Click on the "More" icon in the top right-hand corner of your browser
2. Select "More Tools" and then "Clear browsing data" in the sub-menu
3. Choose a time range to clear in the new window
4. Check the box for "Cookies and other site data" and/or "Cached images and files" and select "Clear data"
Mozilla Firefox:
1. Click on the "Menu" icon in the top right-hand corner of your browser
2. Select "Settings"
3. Select the "Privacy and Security" panel
4. Select "Clear Data" under "Cookies and Site Data"
5. Check the box for "Cookies and Site Data" and/or "Cached Web Content" and select "Clear"
Microsoft Edge:
1. Click on the "Menu" icon in the top right-hand corner of your browser
2. Select "Settings"
3. Select "Privacy & services"
4. Select "Choose what to clear" under "Clear browsing data"
5. Check the box for "Cached images and files" and/or "Cookies and other site data" and select "Clear"
Safari:
1. Click on "Safari" menu in the top left hand corner of your screen
2. Select "Clear History"
3. Select "All History" in the "Clear" field
4. Select "Clear history"
