Archiving instructors who are no longer assisting with classes or students who no longer are in active classes helps to keep your system organized and up-to-date.
Archive Staff
1. Click Staff.
2. Across from the instructor click the more button.
3. Select Archive User.
4. Confirm by clicking Yes.
5. To view an archived instructor click Filters and select Archived Users.
6. Click Apply.
To Unarchive Staff:
1. Click Staff.
2. Click Filters and Select Archived Users.
3. Click Apply.
4. Across from the instructor click the more button.
Select Unarchive User.
5. Click Yes.
6. Under Filters select Active Users to return to the main staff.
7. Click Apply.
Archive Student
1. Click Students.
2. Across from the student click the more button.
3. Select Archive Student.
4. Confirm by clicking Yes.
5. To view an archived student, click Filters and select Archived Students.
6. Click Apply.
Unarchive Student
1. Click Filters and select Archived Students.
2. Click Apply.
3. Across from the student click the more button.
4. Select Unarchive Student.
5. Confirm by clicking Yes.
6. Under Filters select Active Students.
7. Click Apply to return to the main students.
