Tip #1 Grade Return Troubleshooting

This demo will help you troubleshoot why grades may not return from the CompTIA learning platform to the LMS. 

Steps

Students must select the links within the LMS for the grades to appear. These steps apply to the students' actions. 

1. For each assignment/link in your LMS, the student should ALWAYS click the link to the CompTIA learning platform.
   • If the student has already completed the learning resource, the grade is sent back to the LMS when the student clicks the link and/or the Submit Score button.
   • If the student has not completed the learning resource, they should complete it. 
2. After completing their resource and/or clicking the Submit Score Button, the student should close the CompTIA learning platform.
3. The student will repeat Steps 1 through 2 for every assignment/link in your LMS.
