Let's take a quick look at the return to lab feature inside of labs. With this feature enabled, students will be able to check their progress as they work through a lab.
1. By clicking the Check Answers button students will be shown a breakdown of the tasks they've been asked to complete.
2. Detailed explanation steps will not be shown on the screen. By selecting Keep Working students will return to the lab and be able to complete any outstanding tasks.
Once they are finished students can select Score Lab within the check answers screen to complete the exercise.
3. At this point students will receive their grade along with instructions on how to complete each task.
Tip: The return to lab feature must be activated at a campus level for a given course, it is important to note that turning this on will affect all classes at your school that utilize that specific product version.
4. From an account with admin access: Navigate to the Institution Details.
5. Select Courses from the column on the left.
6. From the list of courses, select a course where the return to lab feature has been implemented.
Click the check box to enable the return to lab feature for this course version.
7. Select Save
Tip: That's it. Your students will now be able to check their progress in a lab before submitting it for a score
