Problem:
Some labs have questions to answer and some users have found that when trying to answer one of the questions, the question box disappears and they are unable to answer the lab questions.
Solution:
This only happens on smaller screen sizes and resolutions, or when the browser is too zoomed in. The issue can generally be overcome by reducing the level of zoom in the browser (shoot for 80% at first), then opening the questions box again, or refreshing the page before doing so.
The method to change browser zoom varies by browser but you can generally do it from the menu icon. If you are unable to adjust your zoom setting, try googling the name of your browser and the words "how to adjust browser zoom level".
