- Close all instances of your browser and then reopen your browser and try again.
- Restart your computer.

- Try using another supported browser – (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari)
- If a certain task in a lab is consistently giving you trouble, try doing it in the exact way taught in the Hint, Show Me, or the Explanation found in the score report for the lab.
While not a comprehensive list, these methods have proven to be the most effective and easiest fixes for the majority of technical issues within LabSim.
