View Campus Licenses

Platform: LabSim6 

Some organizations prefer to purchase licenses directly for the students. Once purchased, these licenses need to be activated for the students.  However, even before doing the activation step you can verify the license detail.

Steps

1. Click Campus or School Details.
2. Select Licenses. The license will include:
   • Title
   • Issued by
   • Issued date
   • Expiration period which may be a specific date or x number of months from the activation
   • Activations remaining from total issued
   • View Activated Students
   • Products the license is valid for
3. Under Actions select one of the following:
   • Activate Classes
     • Across from you class click Activate.
     • For administrators you can activate any instructors class.
     • For instructors you can activate your own classes.
   • Activate Students
     • Type in a student’s name.
     • Across from their name click Activate.
     • For administrators you can activate any student.
     • For instructors you can activate your own students.
