TestOut Office Pro contains seven (7) additional videos:
- 1 in Chapter 4 (MS Word). Specifically 4.7.4
- 1 in Chapter 5 (MS Excel). Specifically 5.9.4
- 4 in Chapter 6 (MS PowerPoint). Specifically 6.5.3, 6.6.3, 6.9.5, and 6.9.6
- 1 in Chapter B (MOS 2019 Practice Exams). Specifically B.1.3
Chapters B.1 into B.2 (see video B.1.3) provide real learning and experience in how it feels and what it is like to pass a MOS Certification.

Q: What is the biggest difference between Office Pro 6.2 and Office Pro 7.0
A: The biggest difference is likely better test prep tools. These specifically are the MOS 2019 Practice Exams. We've included better analytics. Additionally, content additions are negligible, and the course objectives of Office Pro 7.0 have not changed from Office Pro v6.2.
Migrating from TestOut Office Pro version 6.2 to version 7
Note: While your individual circumstance may vary, the below general migration steps should aid. Please reach out to implementation@testout.com with additional and/or specific questions.
For LTI 1.1 SSO (single non-deep-link) for Blackboard, Moodle, or Schoology course, you should be able to make TestOut Office Pro version 7 available within your LabSim campus and the link should take you to TestOut Office Pro version 7:
Note: Within the LabSim account, a LabSim Admin can enable TestOut Office Pro v7 available for their campus by:
- Navigating to SCHOOL DETAILS
- Choosing Products
- Within the Products list verify that Version 7.0 is checked for TestOut Office Pro. Click Save after checking the box next the Version 7.0. Please leave version 6.2 checked/active for other existing courses.
For LTI 1.1 SSO (course deep links-that require score pass back) for Blackboard, Moodle, or Schoology:
- Because TestOut product versioning in general (though this article is discussing TestOut Office Pro) can at times be problematic, for an LTI 1.1 integration it’s always a best practice to start a new product version with a new LMS course, and at the beginning of a term.
- However, if the desire or need is to work within an existing LMS course that’s been running TestOut Office Pro version 6.2:

- Within LabSim enable TestOut Office Pro version 7 (while leaving version 6.2 checked/enabled for other existing courses).
- Remove any TestOut Office Pro v6.2 assignment links from the LMS course.
- Create new assignment links in the LMS course for TestOut Office Pro v7. in
Click on a TestOut Office Pro v7 assignment within the LMS course and cross/link over into the TestOut/LabSim platform. - On your LabSim home page verify that the integration created LabSim class (named after the LMS course) is associated with only TestOut Office Pro v7. If another version is associated:

- Click the more option (three vertical dots at the far right of the class).
- Choose Edit Class.
- Remove the older version, then click Save.

- Your LMS course should now appropriately function with TestOut Office Pro v7.

For Canvas (TestOut EduApp) and D2L (TestOut Plugin) Integrations:
- Canvas and D2L users that have already built a course with TestOut Office Pro v6.2 need to "either reset course content or delete all existing links" (LMS course functionality).
- Then enable (per instructions below) TestOut Office Pro v7 within your LabSim campus.
